Habitat for Humanity of Summit County - ReStore
We have volunteer opportunities for adults and youth ages 14 and older at our ReStore on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8:30am to 3:30pm. We can accommodate up to 7 volunteers at a time.
The ReStore is located at 2301 Romig Road, Akron, OH 44320.
The ReStore is run by Habitat for Humanity of Summit County and offers the public a place to purchase building materials and home appliances and furnishings at an affordable price. Proceeds from the ReStore are used to fund future Habitat homes. Volunteer opportunities include customer service, stocking and organizing the showroom, preparing merchandise for display, and other tasks as needed. ReStore volunteers must sign a liability waiver prior to volunteering.
