Produce & Perishables
Join us at Good Samaritan Hunger Center as we serve our community through our Produce & Perishables Distribution!
During this time, volunteers will help us distribute fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and other perishable food items to individuals and families in need. Because these items are time-sensitive, we work efficiently to ensure everything is handled safely and shared quickly.
Volunteer Roles May Include:
- Sorting and organizing fresh produce and perishable items
- Packing bags or boxes for distribution
- Assisting with set-up and table organization
- Helping guide and serve clients during distribution
- Light clean-up after the event
This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to make a direct impact in the community by helping provide nutritious food to those who need it most.
