Greater Collinwood Development Corporation / Collinwood & Nottingham Villages Development Corporation

The purpose for which this Corporation is organized shall be to advance equitable and inclusive economic development, community engagement and neighborhood stabilization and revitalization strategies within the service area of the Corporation of the Greater Collinwood Development Corporation area of Cleveland, Ohio, in accordance with the particular purposes set forth in its Articles of Incorporation. In furtherance of its purpose, the Corporation shall do all those things permitted of corporations generally by virtue of the provisions of the Ohio Non-Profit Corporation Law.
