The Friendship APL is a private, independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) humane society founded in Elyria, Ohio in 1957. The APL owns and operates the largest animal shelter in Loraine County.
BVU connects businesses and people with meaningful volunteer opportunities serving Northeast Ohio nonprofits. Our services include nonprofit board matching, skills-based volunteering, direct service volunteering, education, and consulting.
