About Living for Epilepsy Founded by Raven Walker, CEO Living for Epilepsy is a nonprofit organization created to empower individuals living with epilepsy and to eliminate the shame and stigma surrounding the condition. Inspired by my own journey with epilepsy, I founded this organization to be a voice of hope, strength, and education for others who are navigating life with this diagnosis. Our mission is to raise awareness, provide education to the public, and build a strong support system for those affected by epilepsy. Living for Epilepsy is committed to helping individuals with everyday needs whether it's access to therapy, assistance with medication costs, or transportation services. This is more than a cause it’s a personal journey. I want everyone, whether they live with epilepsy or not, to be educated and empowered. With compassion and community, we are here to help people live fully, boldly, and without shame.
